🏛️ Day 1 :

Arrival in Cusco & City Tour

Upon arrival in Cusco (3,400 m), you’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
In the afternoon (around 1:30 p.m.), start your Cusco City Tour, visiting the main historical and archaeological landmarks:

Cathedral of Cusco (Optional) – a colonial gem filled with Cusqueñan art.
Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun) – one of the most important temples of the Inca Empire.
Sacsayhuamán – massive stone fortress overlooking the city.
Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay – ritual and military sites that showcase Inca engineering mastery.
Return to your hotel in the evening to rest and prepare for the next day’s full Sacred Valley experience.

Sacred Valley VIP Tour → Train to Aguas Calientes

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up for a full-day Sacred Valley VIP Tour, which covers the most complete cultural circuit in the region:

Chinchero – known for its Inca terraces and colorful textile workshops.
Moray – mysterious circular terraces used by the Incas for agricultural experimentation.
Maras Salt Mines – thousands of salt pools that create a dazzling landscape.
