1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SANDI TRAVEL EXPEDITION E.I.R.L. (hereinafter “the Agency”) and the traveler (“the Client”) who books any service offered through our website, WhatsApp, or official representatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with the Agency, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the related Booking Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Scope of Services

The Agency provides tourism services such as guided tours, treks, transfers, lodging arrangements, and ticket purchases. The descriptions on our website and confirmed itineraries define the scope of each service.

4. Prices and Inclusions

• All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include only the items listed under “Included” in each tour description.
• Optional activities, personal expenses, and tips are not included.
• Prices may change without notice due to supplier adjustments, exchange rates, or government taxes.

5. Payment and Deposits

• A deposit (30–50%) is required to confirm all bookings.
• The balance must be paid according to the deadlines stated in the Booking Policy.
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information (full name, passport, nationality, etc.).
• Comply with local laws, regulations, and environmental protection standards during tours.
• Follow safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
• Be punctual for all scheduled activities and transfers.

7. Agency Responsibilities

• Deliver the booked services as confirmed or provide an equal or higher-quality alternative in case of operational changes.
• Work only with certified guides, licensed transport companies, and registered lodging partners.
• Maintain transparent communication and support throughout the travel experience.

8. Modifications and Cancellations

Any modification or cancellation of services by either party shall follow the conditions established in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Force Majeure

The Agency is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or political instability. In such cases, the Agency will offer rescheduling or travel credits when possible.

10. Health and Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in booked activities. The Agency is not liable for illnesses, injuries, or altitude-related conditions. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance.

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost baggage.

12. Liability Waiver

By participating in our tours or activities, the Client acknowledges that certain inherent risks exist in adventure travel (e.g., hiking, transportation in remote areas). The Agency and its partners are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from factors beyond their control.

13. Complaints and Claims

• Any complaint must be reported immediately to the guide or Agency representative during the trip.
• If unresolved, the Client must submit a written claim via email within 7 days after the service.
• Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute shall be settled in the courts of Cusco, Peru.
